Job Title: Partner Experience Manager

This is a remote job opportunity available in Poland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor a select group of growth partners to help them transform and scale their business around the Atlassian business model.
  • Grow subscription sales and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities sourced through existing and new growth partners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account plans and lead C-level strategic conversations with partners and customers.
  • Ensure partner engagement on campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Work closely with an awesome team of Partner Managers.
  • Report to the Team Manager, EMEA Growth Markets.
  • Manage and develop existing Solution Partners in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) regions.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate larger partners and local systems integrators in CEE and META regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and negotiations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on progress and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partner management, business development, or sales within the IT industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and technology solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any other Slavic or Arabic language is a plus).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Team Player: Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within CEE and META as needed.
