Telecoms Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Central Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sales pipeline and revenue growth for our IT and Telecoms services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline and manage within our CRM system Pipedrive.
- Build working relationships with key decision makers and deliver KPI and targets to include profit and account growth.
- Solution Selling on services such as VoIP, Internet Connectivity, Mobile, Managed IT Support, Microsoft 365.
- Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify them on their IT and Telecoms requirements and as such creating business solutions.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Requirements:
- Ideally but not essential 2 years sales experience within the IT and Telecoms space.
- You're financially driven, hungry for success and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Can be self-sufficient for lead generation with net new and existing clients.
- You can build working relationships with key decision makers.
- You take ownership and accountability of your targets and success.
- You're a team player, who enjoys working with people and contributing to the overall success of both the Sales team and organisational objectives.
- Being forward thinking, innovative and keen to expand your knowledge of the industry.
- You have brilliant IT skills and an interest in technology.
- Must be able to drive to attend meetings, a driving license is essential.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary between £28,000 - £35,000 DOE.
- Uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £50k - £70k.

Location: Aldershot, Head Office - Customer site visits will be required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Pay: £28,000.00 per year.
