Job Summary:

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth and Family Practitioner to join our team in the Operation Engage project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with young people aged 11-19, particularly those who are vulnerable, and providing them with targeted support and interventions to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess young people's needs and develop individualized plans to support their personal and social development.
  • Work with a caseload of young people to achieve positive outcomes, monitor progress, and report on results.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and stakeholders to deliver high-quality interventions and support services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and community members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and young people aged 11-19, particularly those who are vulnerable.
  • Demonstrable experience of assessing young people's needs and managing a caseload of young people with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the issues affecting children and young people, and the ability to provide support and guidance accordingly.
