Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Circle Health Group.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage environmental risk effectively across the site ensuring compliance with all related legislation and CHG policy.

* Champion environmental management, continually improving performance.

* Advise and assist the Senior Management Team (SMT), interpreting and meeting obligations under applicable Health & Safety Acts, regulations and guidance.

* Support and advise the SMT on promoting a strong health and safety culture throughout the Hospital.

Requirements:

* Operational experience in Health & Safety.

* Experience of undertaking a range of Risk Assessments.

* Contractor safety management experience.

* Training and presenting experience.

* Level 3 qualification in H&S Management or willingness to complete a recognised qualification.
