Circle Health Group Limited is part of the leading provider of independent healthcare in Britain, with a nationwide network of hospitals and clinics.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team at The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle.

This is a full-time role for 37 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong clinical knowledge and experience in physiotherapy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily running of the physiotherapy department, co-ordinating and managing the provision of physiotherapy services, and providing clinical direction and leadership for the physiotherapy department.

Salary & Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of care as lead on clinical safety
  • Ensure safe provision of staffing that meets activity by workforce planning, monthly rostering, and daily review
  • Maintain CQC standards at all times
  • Undertake departmental risk assessments and maintain plans for minimising incidents
  • Report appropriately and undertake Root Cause Analysis (RCA) identifying issues, causes, and taking remedial actions where necessary

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements
