Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager- Groups Corporate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively selling The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments.
Key Responsibilities- Sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments
- Introduce new clients while maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels
- Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments
- Work together with Area Director of Sales/Director of Sales on relevant projects
- Minimum 2 years' proactive experience in the Group Corporate market within the luxury sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and creative individual
- Team player with ability to work harmoniously within immediate department and across the wider hotels
- Strong customer service ethic
- Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
