Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager- Groups Corporate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively selling The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments
  • Introduce new clients while maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels
  • Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments
  • Work together with Area Director of Sales/Director of Sales on relevant projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' proactive experience in the Group Corporate market within the luxury sector
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven and creative individual
  • Team player with ability to work harmoniously within immediate department and across the wider hotels
  • Strong customer service ethic
Compensation Package
  • Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
