We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Children, Young People and Families Practitioner. In this role, you will work closely with our GP clinical supervisor/mentor to develop a detailed understanding of our PCN and practices, as well as training in SystmOne, which all practices use.
You will have the opportunity to develop a special interest or contribute to PCN development projects, such as improving mental wellbeing for children and young people. Additionally, you will contribute to enhanced accessibility to healthcare for patients with ASD, vision or hearing difficulties, or other reasonable adjustment needs.
In this role, you will:
- Develop into a more skilled and confident clinician.
- Feel supported by the team and able to support your colleagues.
- Gain an understanding of how different practices work.
- Be engaged and enthused by the variety of your work.
- Develop supportive relationships within practices and partner organisations.
- Contribute to the PCN's development and improve patient care.
