Account Director - IT Reseller

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Damia Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities within the Microsoft and Cisco product ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management (80%):
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts.
    • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.
    • Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by expanding product and service offerings within existing accounts, particularly focusing on Microsoft and Cisco solutions.
    • Project Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals, focusing on prospects who could benefit from Microsoft and Cisco solutions.
  • Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role for a reseller, specifically with a focus on Microsoft or Cisco products.
    • Skills: Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of Microsoft and Cisco products, services, and licensing models. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
