Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Ensure the preparation area is clean and organized throughout the night shift.
- Work efficiently to ensure dishes are prepared and ready in a timely manner during nighttime hours.
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing their section of the kitchen, especially during night operations.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper cooking temperatures and safe food handling practices, throughout the night.
About You
We are looking for a skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Night Demi Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and supporting a section of the kitchen effectively, with solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and trends, and a strong commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
