Account Manager

Cast UK Limited is seeking a talented Account Manager to join their Sales team in Preston. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated list of accounts, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and communicate forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts, developing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting to the Head of Sales, including commentary on customer spend, forecasted revenue, and demand.
- Promote added-value services to clients and conduct regular meetings to discuss their needs.
- Collaborate with the logistics department to proactively identify and resolve any issues with client orders.
- Maintain and update client records on the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in a FMCG or distribution business.
- Excellent communication and administration skills, including the use of CRM systems and order processing systems.
- Ability to travel to meet clients as needed, with a valid driving license.
