Head Chef Opportunity at The Londoner

Welcome to The Londoner, a 5-star hotel that offers a unique blend of luxury and sophistication. We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our kitchen brigade at Whitcomb's Restaurant, our flagship hotel.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Executive Head Chef in ensuring the smooth operation of the main kitchen's food service.
  • Direct the kitchen team to deliver high-quality cuisine to our guests.
  • Support the Executive Head Chef and Executive Senior Sous Chef in maintaining a high level of cuisine, controlling GP and labour costs.
  • Coach and develop junior chefs to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Current Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a large hotel operation.
  • Outstanding leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
  • Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals.
  • Personal ownership of tasks and ability to ensure completion.
  • Training and development opportunities for all levels within the kitchen brigade.
