Conveyancing Secretary Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to support our legal staff and ensure the efficiency of our conveyancing operations in our residential property department.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Solicitors, including managing documents and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing systems and client files.
  • Coordinate mail, meetings, and diaries to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and support office staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years conveyancing experience, with a strong understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent literacy and communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit documents with precision.
  • Proficient in keyboard and IT skills, with experience using conveyancing software and systems.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
