Electrical Team Leader Job Description

Join Pioneer Selection Ltd as an Electrical Team Leader and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure breakdowns are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the production department to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver small projects on site and ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed on time
  • Manage CMMS systems and lead the team in implementing best practices
  • Experience in control of contractors, permits, and RAMS is essential
Requirements:
  • Electrical Engineering background and experience in leading an engineering team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and experience with CMMS systems
  • Must have experience working within the UK for at least 3-5 years
