Electrical Team Leader Job Description

As an Electrical Team Leader at Pioneer Selection, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in an FMCG environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the production department, prioritizing breakdowns, and managing small projects from pilot to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading an engineering team in an FMCG environment
  • Ensuring breakdowns are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the production department to ensure smooth operations
  • Managing small projects from pilot to completion
  • Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is completed on site

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering background
  • Experience in CMMS systems management
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have experience working within the UK for at least 3-5 years
