About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Forecasting Lead to join our team at The People's Partnership. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our operational planning processes, ensuring that we maintain optimal customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with operational managers and staff to allocate and reallocate resources as needed to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Develop and implement timely and insightful problem definition and intervention strategies.
  • Manage and develop operational planning processes in line with company procedures.
  • Produce operational forecasts and capacity models.
  • Implement new ways of working in the production of business forecasts.
  • Engage with other key areas to ensure that the operational impact of activities is accurately assessed and understood.

Requirements

  • Management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of contact forecasting and MI reporting metrics, including the use of Erlang.
  • Experience of working in a similar operational planning role with a headcount of circa 400.
  • Demonstratable experience of working across multiple functions within an organisation, creating relationships and exhibiting great stakeholder management.
