Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced account manager looking to take their career to the next level. As a Strategic Maintenance Contract Lead, you will be responsible for leading and delivering planned project works in line with all prevailing standards, regulations, legislation, company policies, and procedures.

The successful candidate will have experience in property services and delivery of planned works projects to occupied properties. Experience of retrofit projects, including thermal insulation, roofs, windows, and renewable energy installations, would be an advantage. Additionally, knowledge of lean principles in project planning and delivery would also be beneficial.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a salary of £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year. The company offers work-from-home options and a competitive benefits package.

In this role, you will be required to manage site and non-site-based activities, elevate performance, productivity, and profitability for the business, its customers, and their residents through providing an excellent customer experience. You will also be responsible for developing, planning, and managing project programmes and deliveries from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage site and non-site-based activities to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, productivity, and profitability.
  • Manage project programmes and deliveries to meet customer needs and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Audit project activities and governance procedures to ensure contractual responsibilities are met.
Requirements:
  • Experience in property services and delivery of planned works projects to occupied properties.
  • Knowledge of lean principles in project planning and delivery.
  • Experience of retrofit projects, including thermal insulation, roofs, windows, and renewable energy installations.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, and Asbestos Awareness qualifications.
