Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, MI and insights team to produce all management information required by the operational areas.
  • Manage and develop the business through the design and development of strategically aligned management information.
  • Produce all operational, COO, Trustee and Board reports for the area.
  • Provide active ongoing insights around our data.
  • Implement new ways of work and innovation in the production of MI and business forecasts.
  • Develop a MI insights programme to support ongoing innovation in the operational areas.
  • Engage with other key areas to ensure that the operational impact of activities is accurately assessed and understood and reflected in all plans.

Requirements:

  • MI and data insight production and visualisation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Contact forecasting & MI reporting metrics including the use of Erlang.
  • Experience of working in a similar operational planning role with headcount of circa 400.
  • Demonstratable experience of working across multiple functions within an organisation, creating relationships and exhibiting great stakeholder management.
  • Implementation and use of data integration and visualisation tools.
