Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Creative team to develop engaging content for our social media channels, including Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media trends, providing regular reports to our Marketing Manager.
  • Manage our social media community, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement a weekly social media content plan, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand values and messaging.
  • Oversee the scheduling and posting of content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, and LinkedIn.
  • Write compelling and engaging social media captions, aligning with our brand tone of voice and messaging.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to our Marketing Manager for monthly reports.
  • Manage our seasonal influencer gifting and user-generated content (UGC) program, including influencer outreach, gifting, and budget tracking.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand tone of voice, expanding your copywriting skills to include email and website content.
  • Collaborate with our Brand and Graphic Design Lead to create engaging content that drives community growth and engagement on Instagram and Instagram Stories.
  • Support our Marketing Manager in developing and implementing video-first content strategies, increasing our output on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Assist with the delivery and administration of our seasonal marketing strategy, including influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, events, and customer activations.

Requirements:

  • Confident, driven, and energetic individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative marketing initiatives and ideas.
