Job Description:

* Managing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including administering tenancies, managing repairs and maintenance, and overseeing rent collection.

* Maintaining accurate records and reporting to stakeholders as required, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of the role.

* Collaborating with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 2+ years' experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results.

* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
