Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a successful and established manufacturer with over 40 years' experience specialising in domestic appliances. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive high-quality repair services.

About the Company

Our client is a major appliance brand in the UK, constantly expanding its service team to meet the growing demand for their products. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing 8 weeks' worth of training to become an expert on domestic appliances
  • Attending 8-10 calls per day in customers' homes
  • Delivering first-time fixes and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • A background in white goods repairs or electro-mechanical field service role
  • Electrical qualifications (City & Guilds 224 Consumer Electrical and Electronic Servicing, City & Guilds 2365 Electrical Installation, 17th Edition)
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
