Role Overview
A warm and welcoming SEN school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their complex needs team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be joining a team that is highly dedicated, nurturing, and skilled to deliver the best support for pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
The SEN school goes above and beyond to support pupils and their families, ensuring that every pupil receives a personalised approach to the curriculum so that they can explore their full potential both academically and holistically.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting pupils with SEN in a complex needs environment
Delivering tailored support to meet individual pupil needs
Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement effective support strategies
Providing guidance and resources to parents and carers to ensure seamless support

Requirements
MUST have experience working with young people or young adults with SEN (personal or professional)
Strong understanding of the SEN curriculum
Proven record of good/outstanding feedback from lesson observations/performance management
Articulate, creative, and dedicated to supporting children with SEN
Passionate, positive & team player
Confident & strong classroom management skills
