Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Kindeva Drug Delivery is a global leader in combination product development and manufacturing, with state-of-the-art facilities across the US and UK. We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, responsible for helping our UK business meet its objectives through expert sourcing, attraction, and hiring of top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess business needs and design a recruitment strategy to produce best-in-class talent in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Source top talent through varied strategies, including postings, job boards, social media, networking, and outbound recruiting.
- Identify and attract strong talent within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, CMO, or CDMO space.
- Provide clear and timely communication to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and grow talent networks to impact long-term business strategy.
- Foster inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies by building a candidate pipeline from various channels.
- 5+ years' recruiting experience with a proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor and influencing hiring managers and business leadership.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience using data and talent market intelligence to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence, job boards, networking, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms.
- Prior experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, CMO, or CDMO space.
