About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Perpetual Partnerships, specializing in Business Development within the Engineering and Construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with new clients in the Engineering and Construction sectors, building strong relationships to understand their talent needs.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with existing clients, providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and solutions.
  • Source top talent within Engineering and Construction, conducting interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Engineering and Construction sectors.
  • Strong track record in Business Development, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, with the ability to navigate candidate databases and industry platforms.
