Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to focus on Business Development within the Engineering and Construction sectors. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth, establishing partnerships with key clients, and matching exceptional candidates with exciting career opportunities.

  • Business Development: Identify and engage with new clients in the Engineering and Construction sectors, nurturing strong relationships to understand their talent needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to attract top talent within Engineering and Construction, conducting interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match.
  • Strong track record in Business Development, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, with the ability to navigate candidate databases and industry platforms.
