  • A professional qualification and registration on the relevant clinical register.
  • A recognised training or teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience in education or a related field.
  • Experience of developing training packages and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours. The trust offers a range of benefits, including generous annual leave entitlement and access to a comprehensive training programme.
