Loan Portfolio Assistant Job Description

City & Capital Group is seeking a highly skilled Loan Portfolio Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the loan management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor loan performance and identify potential issues or opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Support interest collection and devise strategies for loan redemptions.
  • Review and analyze weekly reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and credit bureaus to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement effective loan management strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in loan servicing or management within the commercial real estate and residential mortgage sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
What We Offer:
