About the Role
Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a high-performing organization serving the population of Hackney, East London, The City and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Service Management Lead to join our leadership team responsible for the Enhanced Health Visiting Service on a secondment basis for 12 months.

The successful applicant will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary healthcare teams with excellent communication skills. They will lead on implementing and developing administrative pathways for the new Enhanced Health Visiting Service contract, ensuring national and local targets are achieved and maintained.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in the redesign and business development work of the Enhanced Health Visiting Service and the Community and Children's Services division focusing on agreed specific projects.
  • Assess the capacity and demand for services and patient pathways improving patient flows through the system in specific areas as agreed with the divisional management team.
  • Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives within the designated departments and areas within the remit of this post.

Requirements
A degree-level qualification or demonstrable ability to work at degree level is essential. Experience of managing multi-disciplinary healthcare teams and financial and budget management skills are also required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
