We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our fast-growing Real Estate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and a proven track record of managing complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a broad range of real estate finance and real estate transactions, including liaising with other team members and coordinating advice from other practice areas and departments;
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including security documents, corporate authorisations, commercial leases, agreements for lease, and other occupational documentation;
  • Carrying out due diligence, including reviewing and reporting on title, planning, and searches, and preparing draft certificates and overview reports.

Personal Specification:

  • 4+ years PQE with the majority of time spent working within real estate and real estate finance;
  • Pro-active, efficient, organised, and keen to take the initiative and drive transactions forward;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to build strong relationships and establish effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
