Deputy Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of service and quality, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality.
  • Supervise and motivate the team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
