Technical Engineer Opportunity

Hewett Recruitment is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding role for a Technical Engineer in the Kidderminster area.

About the Job:

This exciting opportunity involves working with our team to manage and oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring that all products meet industry standards. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a Quality Management System and operating testing machinery such as an Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES). Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair engineering faults.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and Oversee Quality Management Systems: Ensure that all products meet industry standards by implementing effective quality control measures.
  2. Operate Testing Machinery: Conduct thorough testing using an Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) to ensure product quality.
  3. Troubleshoot and Repair Engineering Faults: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing a Quality Management System.
  • Ability to operate testing machinery such as an OES.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot and repair engineering faults.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. The role is commutable from Kidderminster, Redditch, Malvern, Hereford, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Cheltenham, Evesham, and Pershore.
