About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join our team, supporting a class of students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. The ideal candidate will have a profound comprehension of various complex needs and the ability to adapt their teaching approach to meet individual student requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and deliver imaginative lessons tailored to students' diverse needs and capabilities
  • Employ effective teaching methodologies, such as visual aids and sensory exercises, to enrich the learning journey
  • Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to student development and progress

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with complex needs
  • Profound comprehension of various complex needs, including ASC, sensory processing disorders, communication challenges, and learning disabilities
