Job Title: Benefits & Compensation Manager

Property Finder, a leading digital real estate platform in the Middle East and North Africa region, is seeking a highly skilled Benefits & Compensation Manager to join its team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on compensation trends and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP cohort and other departments to ensure equitable pay and address compensation-related issues.
  • Lead and implement current and new benefit and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Administer the employee equity plan, managing the annual equity grant process and ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.
Requirements:
  • BA degree, MBA
  • ~7+ years of experience in rewards or compensation and benefits function
  • Knowledge of market data within the comp & benefits space across the MENA region
  • Experience in the digital/tech industry or a fast-paced industry
