Education Support Assistant

At Hays Education, we are committed to supporting secondary schools in the Liverpool area with exceptional teaching assistants. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will join us on a salary of £18,933 - £21,277 per annum, paid as per the main or upper pay scale. In addition to this competitive salary, you will also be eligible for our Hays Refer a Friend Scheme, where you could receive £250 in high street vouchers and enjoy holiday pay accrual.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with Maths and English amongst other subjects, providing individualized attention and guidance
- Take both 1:1 and group work, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills
We are looking for individuals who possess strong relationship-building skills, can effectively work in a team, and follow instructions. If you have experience working with children, such as sports coaching or leading after-school clubs, we encourage you to apply.
