About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking and physically fit individual to join our Refuse Loader team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the community remains a beautiful, safe, and clean place to live and work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties
  • Working with a driver to complete pre-planned routes
  • Providing excellent customer service to members of the public
  • Contributing to a supportive and diverse team environment
