About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activation Specialist to join our Diageo on Trade team. As an Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in raising awareness and driving sales of our iconic brands across the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activation plans to drive brand awareness and sales in on-trade venues
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales
  • Provide training and support to on-trade staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our brands
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform future activation plans

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the drinks industry
  • Strong knowledge of the on-trade market and key trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
