Job Summary
This exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bar Assistant is now available at the Royal Agricultural University. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and contributing to the overall success of our bars.

About the Role
You will work closely with our events and conference teams to ensure seamless service delivery, provide support to our students and staff, and maintain the highest standards of customer care. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career development and progression.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that drinks are served efficiently and with a smile
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in our bar areas
* Work collaboratively with our events and conference teams to deliver seamless service
* Provide support to our students and staff as needed

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent), strong interpersonal and customer care skills, and a willingness to obtain a First Aid qualification if not already certified. We also require a flexible approach to working hours and a passion for delivering excellent service.
