About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Performance Team as a County Talent Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of amateur golfers in England, promoting education, enjoyment, and player welfare within a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement coaching programs to enhance the performance of amateur golfers.
  • Collaborate with coaches, players, and support staff to identify and address performance gaps.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and events to promote education and enjoyment of the game.
  • Build and maintain relationships with county golf associations, clubs, and other stakeholders to promote the England Golf brand and support the development of amateur golf.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the safeguarding of children and adults at risk.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in golf coaching, performance development, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of golf structures, including performance and coaching.
  • Understanding of safeguarding in sport and ability to contribute to policy development.
