The Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Data professional to drive business development, practice build, and delivery of transformations enabled by SAP technology. This high-profile role requires a balance of business development, sales origination, practice build, and client delivery.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Drive origination and lead pre-sales activities, engaging directly with senior stakeholders and managing bid teams with limited support from SAP business partners.
  • Have commercial acumen to propose and defend SAP solutions to customers.
  • Enhance KPMG Powered Enterprise offerings, focusing on readily deployable assets, demos, and accelerators with clear ROI and special focus on automation, clean core, and AI.
  • Write external KPMG whitepapers and points of view.
  • Interact regularly with SAP to gain insights on future roadmap direction, align joint target accounts, and drive the direction of KPMG's SAP offerings.
  • Attract, recruit, train, and retain top talent.
  • Lead complex engagements with flagship accounts as the senior data architect.
The Person

KPMG's SAP business is on a rapid growth trajectory and seeks candidates who are self-driven, have proven experience, and are excited to shape the SAP business within a Big4.

Successful candidates will be expected to have:

  • Deep experience selling and delivering in key SAP Data domains: Migrate, Orchestrate, and Cultivate.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP MDG, SAP Data Services, and future SAP roadmap.
  • Experience working with 3rd party tools in the context of data migration and carve-outs.
  • Delivered 4+ end-to-end SAP programmes as an end-to-end SAP Data Lead.
  • Experience selling and delivering under a RISE contract from business development/sales phase to implementation go-live.
  • Proven track record in leading complex bids, including S/4HANA and other SAP and non-SAP technologies.
  • Experience running regular cadence with SAP to understand future roadmap direction and co-innovation opportunities.
  • Managed teams of onshore and offshore resources from individual engagement and overall practice perspectives.
  • Understanding of SAP's AI roadmap and experience creating assets, products, and solutions that leverage it to benefit customers.
  • Built assets and accelerators deployed to multiple customers.
