About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Trading Support Specialist to join our team at Itarle. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our sell-side clients, including answering questions about algorithm behavior and performance, troubleshooting FIX and connectivity problems, and evaluating and communicating the performance of algorithms to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our clients, including answering technical questions and resolving issues related to algorithmic trading and FIX protocol.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems, ensuring seamless communication between our systems and those of our clients.
  • Evaluate and communicate the performance of algorithms to clients, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Communicate client feedback to our product team, helping to develop and improve our products to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in electronic trading coverage or support, including knowledge of algorithmic trading and transaction cost analysis (TCA).
  • Passion for electronic trading and a willingness to develop a deep knowledge of the marketplace and our products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol and UNIX scripting.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in one of the other EU languages a plus.
