About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop Manager to lead our volunteer team in our Northallerton shop. As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and developing our volunteer team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Build strong relationships with local community groups and stakeholders to promote the shop and its activities
  • Manage the shop's operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Work closely with the Retail team to develop and implement new initiatives and projects
