About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop Manager to lead our volunteer team in our Northallerton shop. As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and developing our volunteer team.

About the Shop

Our Northallerton shop is a vibrant and welcoming community hub that offers a wide range of donated goods. As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of volunteers to ensure the shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage shop operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Work closely with the Retail team to develop and implement new initiatives and projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in retail management, team leadership, and customer service. You will have a strong understanding of what drives sales growth and customer loyalty, and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve these goals.
