About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop Manager to lead our volunteer team in our Northallerton shop. As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and developing our volunteer program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shop operations, including inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Monitor and report on shop performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
