Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
The role offers a great career development opportunity, including an apprenticeship scheme that will help you become a qualified Primary Care Mental Health Professional (PWP).
As a PWP, you will work within primary care settings alongside other mental health professionals providing a clinical service to people experiencing common mental health problems.
You will undertake mental health assessments and provide brief psychological interventions in line with National Institute of Clinical Excellence guidance.
This involves facilitating guided self-help interventions on a one-to-one basis by telephone, face-to-face, group, and online.
Key Responsibilities- Mental health assessments and interventions
- Facilitating guided self-help groups and one-to-one sessions
- Working with patients experiencing anxiety and depression
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
