Novus Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Practitioner to join our education team, working 37 hours per week on a permanent, full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in education induction, promoting learning opportunities, and supporting inclusion.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess individual learning needs through basic skills assessments.
  • Identify LDD needs and create bespoke learning support plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive learning strategies.
  • Support colleagues in addressing challenging behaviours.

Requirements:
  • Hold Level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy (or be willing to work towards within an agreed timescale).
  • Possess a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Learning Support Practitioners (or be willing to work towards within an agreed timescale).
