Austin Fraser is seeking a Special Educational Needs Practitioner to provide high-quality support to children with SEMH and behavioural needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential.
Daily Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Monitor and record progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Support the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience working with children with ASD, PMLD, PDA, and ADHD.
- Knowledge of the challenges associated with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- A daily rate of £87.50.
