About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Accounting Manager at Axon Moore. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a team of assistants and accountants, reviewing work, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, VAT returns, and corporation tax returns
  • Manage a team of assistants and accountants to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor performance and provide tailored advice to clients to ensure high engagement and client referrals
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance-focused role
  • Part or newly qualified accountant with a strong understanding of financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
