About the Role:
Forrest Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team. As a Sales and Account Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Taking calls from customers
• Key Account management
• Handling queries
• Giving quotes to customers
• Processing customers orders
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales with cross selling where possible
• Maintaining relationships with customers
• Supporting sales reps and preparing sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be customer-focused, driven, and have previous experience as a sales administrator.
