We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker / PA to join our care team in Shoreham, providing 2:1 support to a 31-year-old individual with complex needs.
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of the client's health, care, medical, therapy, and social plan, ensuring they live life to the full. This role requires a proactive and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills, confident in manual handling and hoisting, and able to support the client during hydrotherapy.
The shift pattern will be flexible, with a mix of day, waking night, and sleeping night support, working on a 2:1 basis. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to a minimum of 36 hours per week, comprising of 8, 12, 16, and 24 hour shifts.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, with £50 gross per hour, and a sleeping night rate of £[insert rate].
As a member of our care team, you will receive a high level of training, supervision, and support, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to make a positive impact on the client's life.
