As a Vocational Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with brain injuries to maximise their independence and well-being through facilitating access to a range of internal and external vocational, learning and recreational opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support service users to develop and achieve their vocational, learning and recreational goals.
- Work in conjunction with colleagues to develop and deliver bespoke vocational, learning and recreational programmes.
- Develop and deliver group sessions that meet service users' identified outcomes.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with service users.
About You:
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment or devising and implementing multiple activity programmes.
- Understanding of health and safety issues in the design and access of activities.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
