Job Title: Neuro Rehabilitation Support Worker

At The Disabilities Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neuro Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team. As a Neuro Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries to regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

About the Role:
As a Neuro Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide personalized support to our service users. You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person, focusing on developing independent living skills such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, and socializing. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of brain injuries, including those sustained through trauma, illness, and substance abuse.
